Turns out Maria from The Bachelor is truly full of surprises! The latest reveal is that she is an heir to a lucrative candy company owned by her father!

While Maria's time on the show has come to an end, she's had one last surprise up her sleeve for fans on her way out the door! During the hometown dates, we met Maria's family including her father Nick, who just so happens to be the owner of a major candy company based out of Canada making Maira the heir to a candy empire.

As ABC hyped up The Godfather persona playing up just about every cliche it could, it turns out Maria's dad is actually a godfather so to speak as he's the president of Jubilee Candy Corp!

Maria Georgas's dad Nick owns Jubilee Candy Corp.

While Maria didn't talk much about her family's business during her time on The Bachelor, it turns out her dad hails from the world of sweet confections and is the president of Jubilee Candy Corp.

According to Nick's LinkedIn page, after over 35 years in the Candy and Baking industries, Nick opened Jubilee Candy Corp. in 2009 and has served as president of the company for over 15 years. Candy has been in Nick's life from a very young age, having started at the age of 10 while working on equipment making chocolate and rainbow sprinkles.

Now, Nick runs Jubilee Candy which was established in 2009 in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. As noted on the company's about page, Jubilee Candy aims "to be successful through excellence with the quality of products, service, and yet still remain competitive through efficiency and management."

The company specializes in a wide range of shapes, various colored sugars, candy-coated chocolate chips, and sprinkles and is known as a leader in decorative toppings. The brand offers a number of assorted offerings including holiday-themed sprinkles for all occasions and even has fun shapes such as teddy bears and butterflies!

Nick Georgas net worth is unclear, but expected to be in the millions

Needless to say, being the president of a successful company, Nick Georgas is doing quite well. While his exact net worth is unknown and has not been confirmed, it's estimated that Maria's dad is worth millions. This is because his Jubilee Candy is reported to boast over $100 million in annual revenue according to reports.

As reported by Chronicles Collectibles, it's not uncommon for the heads of companies that earn $100 million annually to make anywhere from $500k to $1 million annually. This would support claims that Maria's dad has a net worth in the millions.

Of course, as a reminder, we want to again note that Nick Georgas' exact net worth is unconfirmed but he's definitely reaping the rewards of his hard work in the industry!
