We loved every single minute of The Golden Bachelor. So much so that we are more than excited that another season of the smash-hit ABC TV series is on the way, hopefully soon!
That’s right! You’ll get to see more senior ladies and gentlemen find love in the most wholesome way that we’ve ever seen on TV. What’s more, you may even get a chance to rekindle your love for The Bachelor franchise since this show is just that great.
According to Life and Style Magazine, The Golden Bachelor season 2 has been confirmed by those who work closely behind the scenes of the ABC reality TV show.
“The Golden Bachelor will be returning with a new bachelor,” the media outlet read, before later adding that this particular installment gave the show the revitalization that it needed. This show has received enough favorable ratings and reviews to possibly return for even more seasons in the future. Of course, we don’t want to jump the gun just yet, but so far so good!
In addition to this report, eagle-eyed viewers spotted a call for the second season on TV. Per Hidden Remote, ABC announced during a commercial break in Fantasy Suites week that they were looking for older adults to apply for The Golden Bachelor.
Viewers would love to see a Golden Bachelorette, too!
Women dating later in life has such a stigma attached to it, as society unfairly doesn’t tend to think a woman should even put herself in the dating world at that age. Yet, the people who believe this couldn’t be any more wrong, which is why receiving a season of The Golden Bachelorette would definitely make a lot of people happy and start an important conversation!
We also think this franchise may even order a Golden Bachelor in Paradise, too! After all, if you combine both of Bachelor Nation’s current favorite shows, The Golden Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise, you get a lovely masterpiece! Hopefully, the executives are already working on cooking something like this up!
Keep your eyes peeled for updates on another season of The Golden Bachelor. In the meantime, be sure to catch every episode of the first season on Hulu!
