Bachelor in Paradise spoilers: Do Blake Moynes and Jess Girod end up together?

Bachelor in Paradise is inching closer to the end of the season, and as it does, we are very curious to learn who is together and who broke up during the season. Among the couples that have formed, one currently in limbo involves Blake Moynes and Jess Girod.
As we’ve seen over the last couple of weeks, things aren’t going too great between them, and promos have shown that Jess will go out there and experience what it’s like to be with other people. But he did get the rose last week, so there’s that.
But while this couple may still be trying to make it work on Bachelor in Paradise, do they actually leave the show engaged? Or do they decide to part ways long before that?

Are Bachelor in Paradise couple Blake Moynes and Jess Girod together?
According to Reality Steve (of course), Blake and Jess do not leave Bachelor in Paradise as a couple nor get engaged. As it turns out, Blake actually self-eliminates at some point because he’s never sent home during a rose ceremony.
Spoilers (and promos) have also revealed that at some point, former Bachelorette (and Blake’s ex-fiance) Katie Thurston heads down to the beach. She has a conversation with Blake, after which he eventually decides to leave the show.
This marks the first time Blake speaks to Katie since their breakup, so maybe something about their conversation throws him off, and he decides to leave. It could be a number of things, but I am definitely looking forward to this conversation that is going to happen.
