Who makes it to hometowns on The Golden Bachelor? (Spoilers)

As the weeks continue on The Golden Bachelor, lead Gerry Turner is learning how difficult it is to say goodbye to such incredible women at each rose ceremony. He’s already proven to America how wholesome and genuine he is, and we know the weeks ahead will be brutal as he’s forced to make difficult decisions and break several hearts in the process. But of course, it won’t be all bad. Gerry is making connections and will fall in love, after all! He’s got a great group of contestants and we know whoever he ends up with will make him very happy.

At this point in the season, it’s still very much anyone’s game. Though Gerry already has connections with contestants like Faith Martin and Ellen Goltzer, there’s always a chance someone could surprise us. He still has multiple one-on-ones and group dates to go on before we have a feeling about who he’ll choose in the end. That said, there are always spoilers to get into, and TV guru Reality Steve knows the final three and the final two.

Thanks to Reality Steve, we know that Faith Martin, Leslie Fhima, and Theresa Nist are Gerry’s final three, and we expect that he goes to each of their hometowns to meet their loved ones.

Where does Gerry go for hometown dates?

The hometown dates were filmed in August, and it was reported he was visiting someone in Minnesota, which checks out as that is where Leslie is from. Other than that, we know that Faith hails from Benton City, Washington and Theresa lives in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, so we expect Gerry to fly to those locations later in the season as well.

Based on the contestants’ Instagram accounts, we may be able to guess what Gerry could be doing on each of the hometown dates. Of course, this is just us speculating, but it’s fun to predict what the visits could entail!

For Theresa, her social media proves she loves spending time by the water, so an August date with Gerry could take place at the Jersey Shore. Faith owns a horse, so we could totally see her and Gerry going horseback riding somewhere scenic in Washington. They could also even stop by an open mic night for Faith to perform!

As for Leslie, it’s been reported that Gerry was seen filming at the Stone Arch Bridge in Minnesota, so we think this hometown date is going to be outdoorsy! Leslie is extremely active so we could see the pair going on a run or at least a nice walk around town.

Who does Gerry send home after hometowns?

After the hometown dates, Reality Steve reports that Gerry sends Faith home, leaving Leslie and Theresa as his final two. On Aug. 30, the TV scooper reported that the final two contestants were set to meet Gerry’s family in Costa Rica that week, which is where the overnight dates would happen — if they happen at all. The final rose ceremony was said to be scheduled to film on Aug. 31, but we still don’t know the outcome.
