The Golden Bachelor is chugging right along as Gerry Turner’s journey continues. It’s been a whirlwind already; luckily, we’re only three episodes in!

So far, we’ve seen Gerry make strong connections with the women on the season. Of course, it hasn’t been easy for him because he is a very emotionally mature human. Every time he sends someone home, he feels guilty and cries.

Talk about a man attuned to his feelings–we love it!

As I have mentioned many times before, it’s been such a pleasure to watch this series. It is so different from the ones preceding it because it is more wholesome and pure in nature. Not only is Gerry a sweetheart, but the contestants are just as wholesome and pure.

Instead of trying to tear each other down, they are so supportive of each other and want the best for one another. That is just not a common theme in the other shows!

Of course, this doesn’t mean there won’t be drama on The Golden Bachelor. As you can see from the promo below, there will undoubtedly be some friction between everyone, but it is still not nearly as bad as the other shows.

With that said, I can’t wait to see how this week unfolds. Host Jesse Palmer and former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe will be helping Gerry out during a group date, and Gerry will realize that he is starting to feel strong feelings for more than one woman.
