Do Gerry and Ellen end up together on The Golden Bachelor? (Spoilers)

As the weeks progress on The Golden Bachelor, we’re getting to see lead Gerry Turner really form deep connections with his contestants. This show has proven, just a few episodes in, that it’s going to be a very wholesome and emotional journey for all involved. The new ABC dating series puts a 72-year-old man in the lead as he looks for love after loss. His lovely contestants are all between the ages of 60 and 75, and I think I can speak for all viewers when I say we’ve fallen for these ladies already!

It’s not going to be easy for Gerry to figure out who he wants to spend the rest of his life with, as the promos have proven. He’s already been married before and suffered a tremendous loss when his wife passed away, and choosing between his contestants will be a difficult task for him. But right now, things are still in the early stages. He’s getting to know the ladies and starting to go on his first one-on-one days!

In the Oct. 12 episode tonight, Gerry will have a one-on-one date with Ellen Goltzer, as the promo for episode 3 shows. It’ll likely be a big one for Ellen as the preview teases a romantic date in a hot air balloon with Ellen’s voiceover saying: “I am on cloud nine.” (Watch the preview here.) It also looks like they share multiple kisses in the episode. If you’re watching this evening and start to wonder if Ellen could be the one for Gerry, we have all the information you need!

Does Ellen win The Golden Bachelor?

Although there’s no denying Gerry and Ellen have a spark, unfortunately for those rooting for the retired teacher from Florida, she does not win The Golden Bachelor. This means she and Gerry do not end up together in the end. At this point, we do not know when Ellen gets eliminated, but thanks to Reality Steve’s spoilers, we know she doesn’t make it to the final three.

Gerry goes on hometown dates with Faith Martin, Leslie Fhima, and Theresa Nist, who are his final three. After hometowns, Gerry eliminates Faith, leaving Leslie and Theresa as his final two. Those are the most up-to-date spoilers Reality Steve has at the moment. We’ll be sure to let our readers know if he finds out who wins ahead of The Golden Bachelor finale!

We feel terrible for Ellen that she doesn’t end up winning Gerry’s final rose and heart in the end, but we hope she is able to heal after she leaves the show, whenever that ends up being.
