Former Bachelorette Gabby Windey comes out as gay

Former Bachelorette, Gabby Windey, has found love! While dropping by The View earlier this week, Windey revealed she is dating a woman.

She also happily shared the news on her Instagram, stating, “Told you I’m a girl’s girl!”.

Windey shared, according to PEOPLE, “I always just want to live my truth, and my story. And so I have been seeing someone for a couple months, and I’ve been keeping it a little more private because it is like a bigger story and a bigger conversation, because I’m dating a girl!”

While on The View, the former Bachelorette and the hosts stated none saw this twist coming. It was unexpected, especially after months of rumors that Windey was dating her Dancing with the Stars co-star Vinny Guadagnino.

However, Gabby Windey has officially come out and even used her social media platform to share the news. Many are surprised by the news but have put their full support behind her.

Bachelor Nation first met Gabby when she was competing to win Clayton Echard’s love on The Bachelor. It was a hot mess and ended with Gabby and Rachel Recchia having their hearts broken but getting their season of The Bachelorette.

Gabby left her season with Erich Schwer, but they parted ways after a series of dramatic events. She was rumored to be dating a few others along the way, but ultimately, she has found love with her now-girlfriend, Robby Hoffman.

I’m very excited about this new chapter in Gabby’s life, and I can only hope that she finally founds the happiness she has been searching for. The reality television world is not easy on anyone, and everyone deserves a chance at finding love.
