Charity’s season of The Bachelorette Season 20 is off to a great start! Episode 3 found the group heading to Oceanside, California, and had many hilarious moments, an incredible Barbie group date, and some interesting conversations!

Let’s get to the best and worst moments of episode 3!

The Bachelorette Season 20, Episode 3: Worst moment: Brayden “trying”

Ahh. It pains me to say this because I’ve been a Brayden fan (he’s just so fun to watch!), but I was NOT a fan of the conversation during the nighttime portion of his and Charity’s one-on-one date.

The date was off to a great start as they took a helicopter ride (shocker) and played in a baseball stadium.

However, when night rolled around, Charity asked Brayden about when he said he might leave the show the previous week. Brayden explained that he was cheated on in a previous relationship, so it is very triggering for him to go through that trauma again, as he put it.

Sigh. Why did he come on the show?

Charity asked him if he could stick around, and all he could say was that he would “try” and that she was “worth trying for.”

Really, Brayden? This just came across like he was doing her a favor by sticking around on a show that he CHOSE to come on! I cannot.

The Bachelorette Season 20, Episode 3: Best moment: Jojo and Jordan

For Charity’s Barbie-themed group date, she added two special guests— Jojo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers! Jojo and Jordan have such positivity and star power; having them back on the screen was great! They’re just such naturals.

It also told me I have such nostalgia for the good old days of The Bachelorette (not that Jojo’s was an early season, but it feels like a throwback these days!)

Jojo and Jordan also give strong Barbie and Ken vibes, so it worked out for this group date!
