The Bachelorette’s Christopher Spell age, Instagram, job: Everything to know about the season 20 contestant

With just one week until Charity Lawson’s season of The Bachelorette premiere, anticipation is building–fans are as ready to meet the men coming out of the limos as Charity is herself! Luckily, we have worked to help you meet some of the men ahead of time.

Today, let’s “jump” in and meet Christopher Spell.

According to his ABC profile, Christopher is 27 and resides in White Plains, New York. White Plains has a population of about 56,000 people, so he comes from a reasonably large place (this may be your clue that the author of this publication is not a city girl!)

Christopher currently works as a jumping coach, so he has two separate profiles, a personal one and one for his training page. Currently, his profile has 501 followers, but that will surely rise once the show has premiered. He either has cleansed his profile or is relatively new (his first post is from March 12th).

On the other hand, his training profile has a huge following, with 131,000+ followers. Many of the posts show the work he does with clients, tips, and techniques. It is worth a follow if you want to see some impressive jumps!

According to ABC, Christopher Spell was once a football star, and his favorite sport is dunking, but perhaps the most exciting thing about Christopher is his career choice.

Christopher is a “world record jumper.” Spell holds two Guinness World Records–one for the highest standing box jump and the other for the highest standing backflip. After getting the record in 2019 and losing it later the same year, Spell reclaimed the record in 2021 with a jump of 67 inches high (per Lohud.com).

Spell’s other record is the “standing backward somersault,” also captured in 2021, with a world record of 4 feet, 10.25 inches (per Guinness World Records).

I’m pretty confident that even before we see the men leave the limos, Christopher Spell has to, by default, be one of the most intriguing men in Charity’s season already.

Describing himself as “confident, committed, and passionate,” Christopher is always looking for someone who is down for him. Though it sounds like you’d need to do flips (literally) to keep up with Christopher, I cannot wait for his introduction already.

One of his favorite hobbies is drinking wine and binge-watching “Grey’s Anatomy.” Seriously, I am not sure it gets much better than that.

Christopher Spell seems like an exciting addition to the mix of men featured in Charity’s season of The Bachelorette. Christopher is looking for the Meredith to his Derek–could Charity say, “Pick me, choose me, love me?”
