The Bachelorette: Top 13 least favorite winners of all time
Throughout the years, there have been many winners and runners-up of The Bachelorette. Some have been great and sweet, while others have given this franchise a bad name.
We’re here to talk about the good, the bad, and even the ugliest moments that made these thirteen winners of The Bachelorette the least favorite of all time. Whether you liked them, loved them, or not, remember that they’re all human beings, and this list is just for fun!
The least favorite The Bachelorette winners
In order from best to worst, here are the Top 13 least favorite winners of all time from The Bachelorette:
13. Ed Swiderski
Whenever I think of ‘older’ men from the show’s franchise, I often think of Mr. Ed. While he certainly wasn’t the most exciting contestant ever, he was memorable.
12. Ryan Sutter
Ryan Sutter wasn’t a bad winner, and I personally feel that he was a bit boring. But maybe that’s something that the franchise needs to explore again. Zach, the most recent Bachelor, was boring, but he knew what he wanted.
However, the Sutter family is one of the most successful couples! We sincerely hope for 100+ more years of happiness for the duo!
11. Jef Holm
When I was Googling his photos and came across this one, I thought it was a photo of Niall Horan, former One Direction band member. Alas, that was not the case. Emily Maynard chose him, but I just never thought that he was the one for her. Got nothing against him, and I wish him the best!
10. Ian McKee
I don’t remember this guy, but apparently, he was famous enough to play in a celeb soccer match or two. He won Season 2 of The Bachelorette and got engaged to Meredith Phillips. While it didn’t end up working out, McKee is thriving business-wise. Since 2019 he’s owned a company that helps other business owners become no-waste.
9. Jerry Ferris
Doesn’t he look like he’d be that one contestant who starts trouble? While he was the last one standing from the show’s third season, he ultimately wasn’t ‘chosen’ until the After the Final Rose episode. The couple is no longer together, but Mr. Ferris is married to actress Natasha Goss Ferris. He is also a proud CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), often including sign language and subtitles in his Instagram posts.
8. Jordan Rodgers
I’m not the biggest fan of Jordan Rodgers, particularly his sports announcing. However, he and JoJo are still together and happily married!
7. Ben Flajnik
We all remember Ben F.’s season for many reasons. For one instance, there was Courtney Robertson, but that didn’t come until he was the lead of The Bachelor on his season.
6. Arie Luyendyk Jr.
Oh, Arie. The guy that broke Becca Kufrin’s heart on air. Poor Becca thought Arie was coming to see her because he missed her. It turns out he was there to break her heart. But let’s rewind just a bit to see where Arie’s franchise journey began. In Emily Maynard’s season, Arie came in second place to Jef Holm. Well, at least Arie’s happy with kids now, right?
5. Erich Schwer
Erich was just on Gabby and Rachel’s joint season of The Bachelorette and ended up winning. However, he and Gabby Windey are not currently together, but we just hope they’re both doing well and happy!
4. Nayte Olukoya
I wasn’t the biggest fan of Nayte. At times he seemed nice, but I never felt he was thinking of spending forever with Michelle. The couple has since split up, but I can see either one of them reappearing within the franchise again. Whether it’s on Paradise or as a guest host to another group date…something like that. Thoughts? Agree or disagree? Let me know!
3. Tino Franco
I’ve always been on Team Tino. The only reason he’s this far down/high up on the list is that I thought he was a bit bland. But other than that, I love him!
2. Dale Moss
I was so hot and cold with liking Clare Crawley, but I was completely sold after she and Dale split. I love the girl, and she didn’t deserve someone like Mr. Moss. But I’m glad she didn’t stick around on her show because she married the man of her dreams earlier this year. Super happy for Clare; not sure what happened to Dale, though!
1. Jed Wyatt
I think he was just on the show to promote his music, no matter what he told Hannah Brown.
That’s a wrap on our list!
