The Bachelor Season 27 finale aired on ABC earlier this week, and it was quite eventful. The three-hour episode featured Zach’s dates with the final two women, a proposal, and the After the Final Rose special.

It was a very emotional ending to the season and did not paint Zach in the best light. After the Fantasy Suites fiasco, Bachelor Nation fans weren’t the biggest fan of the Bachelor. There were, given how Gabi was treated and how Ariel was sent home, a lot of mistakes on Zach’s end.

When all was said and done, Zach asked Kaity to marry him, and the two have been seemingly happy ever since. If you watch these shows, you know that these relationships don’t have a great track record, but maybe this time, it will be different.

At least one can hope!
