5. Last Dates

Kaity met Zach for her last date in the rainforest. The two hiked through the forest on a few trails recapping their time meeting his family. They dipped into the river before having a deep conversation on the shore. Kaity noted that her heart would turn to steel if it were not her. She wanted to drive home on this date, ready to spend the rest of her life with him.

At dinner, they discussed following their heart and making the best decision for everyone. Kaity brought up getting to know Gabi and how she is such an incredible woman, and he had a tough decision to make. She also mentioned last week and how it was a big hurdle.

Zach chalked that experience up to get a brief look at how they could work through obstacles and the tough times in life. There can be plenty of tough times that don’t involve cheating. She gave her last final pitch to Zach, noting how throughout this process, she has been able to let her walls down and is scared to find out what happens if it’s not her in the end.

He was noncommittal on a decision and kept his feelings very close to his chest. Kaity left their date with anxiety over what Zach was telling Kaity and the fear of what her life would look like if she didn’t end up with the Bachelor.

6. Gabi’s Turn

Zach met Gabi in a similar local for their final date. Since this was a live finale for The Bachelor Season 27, it had to have at least one mistake. This took place without audio for the first portion of Gabi’s date. Unfortunately, I am not a great lip ready, so it’s hard to determine what they discussed.

Nevertheless, they mounted up on two horses and galloped through a forest in Thailand until they reached a white, sandy beach. They rode out a little further until they hit their spot on the beach in a cozy cabana. After a brief commercial break, the audio returned! The two talked about Zach’s near-death experience and how no one truly knows how much time they have. Their conversation took a positive spin on enjoying life and the little things.

The couple cozied up on the beach when Gabi asked how he was feeling and about his big decision. He started to talk about how it would be the biggest decision of his life, and their lives, and how he still didn’t know where he stood. This didn’t sit well with Gabi, who started to get in her head about where she stood with Zach and being second again.

At the dinner reception, Zach asked Gabi how she was feeling, and she talked about how she was feeling so good after meeting his family, but the doubt started to creep in after Zach talked about it still being a tough decision. She hoped he was leaning one way or another, but Zach kept his cards close to the vest. Gabi was trying to gauge where she stood, but Zach remained noncommittal on the issue. He talked about how his heartfelt tugged in two directions and honestly couldn’t decide yet.

Zach reassured Gabi that he was falling in love with her on The Bachelor Season 27 and could truly see a future with her. Reality set in, and Gabi realized that he could also be falling in love with Kaity. Ultimately, Zach wins because he gets to choose between two incredible women, whereas one woman will go home with their heart broken.
