Welcome to week seven of The Bachelor Season 27! This episode is possibly the most important rose ceremony of any season, right before hometowns. By the end of tonight, we will know which four ladies will get hometown dates.

While I can’t make any promises here, I hope the rest of the season will start to improve!

Below, we will go over the top five ladies of the night, from worst to best, and why they landed where they did on this week’s power ranking.

Who made it on the night’s top five power rankings from The Bachelor Season 27, Episode 7?

From worst to best, the top five women of night five are in this week’s power rankings from The Bachelor Season 27:

Brooklyn Willie

5. Brooklyn

Here’s why I think that Brooklyn deserves the #5 spot from week seven:

  • She got a one-on-one date this week
  • She got sent home on her one-on-one date this week

Unfortunately, Brooklyn got sent home this week after her one-on-one date with Zach. I grew to like her quite a bite and was pretty sad to see her go. She takes the fifth spot this week because while she did get the one-on-one date, she was sent home packing afterward. Otherwise, I’m certain she would’ve been in the second spot this week. I wish Brooklyn nothing but the best and truly hope this isn’t the last we’ve seen of her (ahem…shall we say, Paradise, maybe).

4. Kat

Here’s why I think that Kat deserves the #4 spot from week seven:

  • She was on the group date this week
  • Unfortunately, she didn’t get a rose during the final pre-hometowns rose ceremony

While I wasn’t always the biggest fan of Kat’s, I liked her. Part of me felt sorry for her when she got sent home this week because I think she brought this on upon herself. Maybe things would’ve been different if she had been honest with Zach from the beginning and not let the whole Brooklyn/Charity/Zach drama affect her from the week before. I can see it now: she’s in Paradise stealing everyone’s man and being America’s favorite villain to love. Can’t you see that too? Only time will tell…

Ariel Frenkel
ABC/Craig Sjodin /

3. Ariel

Here’s why I think that Ariel deserves the #3 spot from week seven:

  • She got a rose during the hometown determining rose ceremony this week
  • She got chosen to go on the group date this week

I would 100% agree with the magician from her group date this week–Ariel is a bit of a mystery. I’ve never really known how I’ve felt about her, but that doesn’t matter. What does matter is that Zach was confident enough in what they had to want to meet her family back at home. I truly do wish her nothing but the best. Thoughts on Ariel? Agree or disagree with me?

2. Gabi

Here’s why I think that Gabi deserves the #2 spot from week seven:

  • She got a rose this week
  • She got chosen to go on the group date this week – and got otherwise positive remarks

love Gabi. I truly think she’s the chosen one at the end of all of this, if it’s not Kaity, my second choice. Gabi is so fun-loving, hilarious, and serious when she needs to be. Zach is infatuated with Gabi, so she’s still kicking it on the show here with us.

I love Gabi’s smile and laugh; her tears at the after-party during the group date this week crushed me. All of the best to Gabi! Let’s raise a toast and hope that her family isn’t the family that’s tough on Zach (and yeah, there’s always that one family every season).

1. Kaity

Here’s why I think that Kaity deserves the #1 spot from week seven:

  • She got the episode’s first one-on-one date this week
  • She got a rose on her one-on-one date with Zach this week

I love Kaity, and she’s one of my two fave picks to “win” this all. She’s always stayed true to herself and is super duper funny. She also got the first technical overnight with Zach!

I would like to see Kaity end with Zach at the end if it can’t be Gabi (as I’d honestly be happy if either of them “won”). If you truly love Kaity just as much as I do, leave some thoughts or questions below in the comments!
