Who is Jessica Bowlin? If you haven’t been watching The Bachelor since the beginning then you likely have no idea who that is. Before Jesse Palmer became the host of Bachelor Nation shows, he was the Bachelor himself on Season 5.

To put this into perspective, Palmer’s season first aired back in 2004–19 years ago! Wild to think that The Bachelor has been around for as long as it has.

Anyway, the reason we bring up Jessica Bowlin is that Palmer is now the host, and he mentions his time as the lead quite often while hosting. This sparks everyone’s curiosity as to who Jessica was, and whether or not Palmer is still with her now.

We’ve got all the details for you below!

Are Jesse Palmer and Jessica Bowlin still together?

Nope, unfortunately, they are not. During The Bachelor Season 5 finale, Palmer and Bowlin left together but did not get engaged. Instead of giving her a ring, Jesse handed Jessica a plane ticket (back when we still had those on paper) to New York City where he was living at the time.

About a month after the finale, in June 2004, Jesse and Jessica called it quits. At that point, they had been together for about four months but despite trying to make it work, they decided they were better off without one another.

Jesse went on to play in the NFL, then sports broadcasting, and now he’s the host of all the Bachelor Nation shows. He also found love with model and photographer Emely Fardo, whom he met back in 2017 at a boxing class. The couple got married back in July 2020 and have been living happily ever after since then.

As for Jessica Bowlin? Well, after her split from Jesse she graduated from law school and got married to now-husband Omar Rawi back in 2013 with whom she has two kids!

While Jesse and Jessica did not end up together, both of them ended up right where they were supposed to be and seem happy in their individual lives. These shows may not always lead you to the love of your life, but they can set you on a path that takes you to your one true love. At least that’s what the rom-com gal in me thinks!
