Top 7 most underrated Bachelor Nation contestants of all time
Jason Mesnick
Yes, I know…putting Jason Mesnick on the most underrated list might come as a surprise to most, but to me, he deserves and has since earned his spot on this list. He first appeared on the 4th season of The Bachelorette (as a contestant) and then again on season 13 of The Bachelor. He was the leading man (and for a hot second there, America’s most hated man on TV), where he infamously dumped one girl on live national television for his initial runner-up and now wife of 13 years, Molly Mesnick (Malaney).
I decided to put him on this list because since then, he has truly and honestly owned up to his mistakes. He is a great father to his two kids, Molly, Ty, and Riley Anne, and an even better husband to Molly. I’m all Team Jason for life, and I hope they’re all doing well!
7. Ben Higgins
He initially appeared on the 11th season of The Bachelorette, competing, and then again on the 20th season of The Bachelor as the leading man himself. He’s underrated because I can’t recall a single thing that happened during his season…oops. Anything? Anybody? No? Well, okay then…
He initially chose Lauren Bushnell at the end of the show, they had a Disney-themed wedding-related TV show together, but ultimately things didn’t end up working out for the best…for them together. Since their split, Ben has proposed to his now wife, Jessica Clarke, back in 2020, and they officially tied the knot and wed just two short years ago, back in 2021. His now wife of almost two years has expressed absolutely no interest in watching his stunt on either show as she hasn’t already seen it. Good for her! Hopefully, there will be Mini Higgins sooner rather than later!
Alrighty, folks! That’s a wrap on the most underrated Bachelor Nation contestants of all time!
