The Bachelor Season 27: Rose Ceremony #2: Where 20 Becomes 17

The first group date consisted of Victoria Fuller, Courtney Robertson (ancient), and Tahzjuan Perkins being judges at something that we’re not sure of at this point, hosted by “Big Energy” rapper Latto.

Here’s who went: Bailey, Brianna, Brooklyn, Cat C., Davia, Genevie, Kat, Kylee, and Mercedes

Then came season 27’s first one-on-one date. That was awarded to Christina! Their day portion of the date was at Anaheim Hills golf course, and their dinner portion was at the Orange County Mining Company.

Christina did get a rose.

Finally, there was one more group date, where each girl had to put on a puppet show.

Here’s who went: Gabby, Anastasia, Greer, Alyssa, Kimberly, Kaity, Ariel, Victoria, Charity, and Jessica

Alyssa volunteered to go first (bold move, girl, I love it so far). Her bit was her puppet practicing her first kiss with Zach on an orange. Zach eventually joined in, and their puppets kissed. The audience wanted him to kiss her after they both stepped off stage, but he didn’t (GOOD FOR HIM).

Next up was Greer, who wasn’t that good with her sock puppets.

Gabby’s bit told everyone that she and Greer were sorority sisters and addressed Greer getting the first impression rose on night one. Her comedy bit talked about their puppets being sister wives. Super weird, right or not?

Kimberly did the ole devil and angel bit with two puppets on her shoulders.

The only thing we know about Ariel’s puppet show is that she announced that she’s Ukranian…um, okay?

Anastasia staged a fake cardboard hot tub. She came on in her bathrobe and eventually stripped down to a bikini. She and Zach popped a bottle of champagne and enjoyed their hot tub together.

Kaity was another one of the odd ones of the bunch in this episode. Her two puppets got married (i.e., her and Shallcross). She fast-forwarded nine months, and while she made disturbing and heaving labor-breathing noises, her puppet popped out a baby, all while the Zach puppet watched.

Charity’s puppet went to therapy. The therapy? Drink tequila. That’s exactly what she did on stage.

Jessica’s show was super cheesy and boring, centering on the whole ‘fairytale’ ending bit.

Lastly came Victoria’s puppet show. Here, she played a fortune teller (the whole kit and kaboodle with the booth and curtain sort of thing). She talked about a time when her house flooded just a short two years ago and that if she can get through that, Zach can get through dating 30 women. She also played with his name, saying they ‘shall cross’ any bridge…together.
