Zach Shallcross returns to social media after filming The Bachelor Season 27

Zach Shallcross is officially home from filming his season of The Bachelor! At least, that seems to be the case according to his latest social media post.

We first met Zach during Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey’s season of The Bachelorette, where he had a whirlwind romance with Rachel. Unfortunately, things awkwardly came to an end, and they went their separate ways.

Luckily for Zach Shallcross, he got another chance at finding love and was named the next Bachelor. Fans had mixed reactions about him being up next but overall, I think everyone is fairly excited. Personally, I found him to be a bit boring, but we can’t deny the man is good-looking!

In the Instagram post, Zach posted a picture of him holding a rose during the After the Final Rose special following The Bachelorette Season 19. He stated that it has been an “unreal 2022” and “a complete rollercoaster from start to finish”.

He went on to imply that he has wrapped up the Bachelor journey by sharing that he can’t wait to share it with the rest of us when “forever love unfolds”. From the sound of it, he may have had a successful season and potentially found the love of his life.

At least that’s what I would like to think!

It’s always difficult to appreciate and know how things are going to work out for Bachelor Nation couples, especially on the flagship shows. Bachelor in Paradise has a much higher success rate given the environment and setting of the series. Contestants spend way more time together on the beach than they do with the lead on the main shows. It’s probably why there are far fewer couples that make it to the end.

I hope that Zach Shallcross is the one that defies the odds and truly finds his other half! Here’s to hoping!
