Bachelor in Paradise Season 8 has already been super crazy and dramatic and has been America’s favorite guilty pleasure this summer, and it’s only been three weeks!

If you still haven’t had enough drama, then you’re in luck because this season is certainly nothing short of this. The drama is in high gear, and of course, the number of tears and drinks being stolen is already living up to all of the preceding seasons of Bachelor in Paradise, that’s for sure.

And with all of that in mind, let’s dive into this week’s episode of Bachelor in Paradise Season 8!

Be sure to let us know in the comments about your thoughts on the future of this season now! If you’re a Bachelor in Paradise fan, follow their Instagram for updates and sneak peeks!

*In case you haven’t seen Bachelor in Paradise Season 8, Episodes 4 & 5 yet, there may be some spoilers ahead, so beware!*

Okay, let’s talk…

This was yet another episode filled with drama…!

Why? Because there simply can’t be a season without it.

We’re (also) here to talk about it with all of you, so be sure to engage in the comments below and let us know what you think!

Bachelor in Paradise Season 8, Episodes 4 & 5 most shocking moments

1. Lace and Rodney vibing out

Honestly, although we already knew this would happen (thanks to preview spoilers), I am still shocked. They don’t seem like the type that would mesh together. While I don’t like Lace (like at all, actually), I really like Rodney and would love to see him happy, so you do, man…just try to form a connection with someone else…maybe if you’d like!

2. Michael feeling some conflict about Sierra

I think they started pretty strong with their connection; however, it just maybe moved too fast for Michael’s side of things, and in all reality, I don’t blame him. If I were in his situation, I would probably have the same sort of conflict as he was. Whatever makes him happy makes me happy because he’s my favorite contestant!

3. Michael (eventually) asking for some space

I never thought I’d see him asking for space and pushing Sierra away based on their super strong connection from the beginning. I commend him for doing so. He’s got two people to think of in all reality of things – both him and James, and to a degree, I’d say he has a third person to think about as well – Laura. I just hope he finds what he’s looking for out in Mexico!

4. Sierra completely leaves Paradise on her own

Talk about being shocked…I thought I was shocked when Michael first started feeling his conflicts and ultimately asked for some space between himself and Sierra. I was shocked when she just got up from giving him the stars (super cute convo that I thought was going somewhere good, at least) and left without letting him know first. Oh, well, girl!

5. Brittany rejects Pizza Pete’s kiss

While this wasn’t necessarily shocking for me, it was for Peter, and that alone made this worthy of being number five on this list (though these are not in any particular sort of order). Peter came on way too strong for Brittany (as well as all of America too). I couldn’t even begin to feel bad for him because he is so gross that I need a puke bucket until he leaves the beach!

So not everything is shocking, dramatic, or bad, here is a sweet moment as an honorable mention…

**BRANDON CRYING WHEN SERENE WAS READY TO GO ON THEIR DATE TOGETHER

Doesn’t Serene Jones have such a nice ring to it?! So, this week, Serene and Brandon got a date card for each other, and when Brandon was waiting for Serene to finish getting ready, he waited for her on the beach. As soon as she walked up to him, he got tears and started nearly bawling his whole eyes out when she walked up to him and kissed him. The beach needs more people like Brandon on it! Although no one beats how my boyfriend makes me feel, Brandon and Serene certainly have a bright future together as husband and wife!
