Bachelor in Paradise, Episode 1: Heroes

#1: Michael/James

First, I’ve just gotta say that Michael’s commitment to this whole process is unreal. Second of all, James is honestly such a trooper. Michael mentioned in a private conversation (to the camera, of course) that James said something to him along the lines of “Everybody needs somebody.” I truly feel James is an old soul at such a young age. Michael, on the other hand, is the real hero here. He is rocking the dad life and finding love!

P.S. His “hot start” comment after seeing two girls was funny and made me laugh out loud!

#2: Brandon

My opinions have been a bit hot and cold regarding Brandon, in all honesty. For most of Michelle’s season of The Bachelorette, I liked him, however, on Paradise, there’s something about him (not sure what, though) that is super annoying to me. However, the way he got all nervy (nervous) around Serene whenever they were talking was super cute!
