This seventh week of The Bachelorette Season 19 had its fair share of heroes and villains!

Welcome to the seventh week of The Bachelorette Season 19! No matter how you look at it, I truly believe that the new two leading ladies, the Bachelorettes themselves, Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia, will do a fantastic job. I say this despite whatever other people have to say about it. It’ll be interesting to see how this double lead thing works out!

More for the future? We shall see, folks, we shall see!

Be sure to let us know in the comments about your thoughts on week seven…now!

*In case you haven’t seen The Bachelorette Season 19 Episode 7 yet, there may be some spoilers ahead, so beware!*

Okay, let’s talk…

So this week was the dreaded (for the guys that is) week of hometown dates. This is the week where there is always one family that is just way too good to be true, too nice, that it’s almost sickening, there is always one family that is so hard a** that it nearly makes the leading lady cry, and then there is always a few families that just always look confused, ask way too many questions, and just overall have a clear mix of the two other types of families as already liste dup above.

Gabby overall had a decent week, although behind her back and to their moms, two of her men decided that an end result of engagement isn’t what they necessarily want…one of them said ever. Rachel had a week as per usual for her…one guy expressed his love for her and she sent his a** home, on the spot, on the pier, almost in front of his friends. Ouch.

The Bachelorette Season 19, Episode 7: Heroes

#1: Jason’s Dad

When he cried, I cried (and he cried at every new sentence he went to say to Gabby and Jason) on this week’s episode of The Bachelorette Season 19. The flowers he brought for Gabby when typically the Bachelor or Bachelorette will bring gifts for the fam, were just so sweet. At first, I wanted Jason to be the chosen one for Gabby, and now just because of his dad alone, I want him to be chosen way more (even though his result may look different from Gabby’s in the long run)!

#2: Johnny

First off, it was very different from what he had planned to have Gabby meet his family instead of having a cute little hometown one-on-one date and meeting the fam later that night. It was super different, but I did kind of like (love) it. He’s a super mysterious and quite the unexpected choice for me, but Gabby seems to like him (called him ‘my man’), which she hasn’t done with anyone else thus far) and always talks highly of Johnny! Good for him!

#3: Gabby

Gabby is an ICU Nurse (enough said right there). The way that she was speaking to and treating Erich’s dad was just absolutely heroic to me in itself. Gabby is such a sweetheart, and anyone who gets her as their nurse is one lucky patient indeed (I’m sure that anyone who just gets to meet her, in general, is a lucky person with such a sweet and goofy personality that she has)!

#4: Erich’s Dad

Putting Erich’s Dad on this list is pretty self-explanatory. At first, I was going to write down how I wish him nothing but the best; however, at the end of the episode, there was a memorial dedication to his dad, and boom, instant tears. We all know that he fought hard, and I’m sure that Erich was thrilled that Gabby and her dad got to meet, even for such a short time!
