The Bachelorette Season 19 is one week away from premiering and we cannot wait to see how it all goes down. For the last few months, Bachelor Nation has been anxiously anticipating what a season with two Bachelorettes would be like.

The biggest concern anyone has had is that both Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia will be pitted against each other. The production doesn’t have the best reputation when it comes to spewing drama between contestants, so it’s not a crazy thought.

However, host Jesse Palmer has once again reassured fans that there will be no competition between the two. In fact, friendship is at the heart of the season and both of them were very supportive of each other’s journeys.

Of course, we will have to wait and see if Palmer is telling the truth. It would not be a wise decision to say anything to the contrary because people will riot. I think he (and ABC) would rather fans find out for themselves how this journey is going to play out.

The Bachelorette Season 19 promises friendship between Gabby and Rachel

In an interview with TV Insider, Palmer stated, “They are not competing against one another. What I can say is they absolutely need to support each other as friends to get through this.”

That is good news, isn’t it?

Palmer also pointed out that Gabby and Rachel have different personalities and want different things so when it came to finding a man, it wasn’t as complicated. At least that was the thought process going into it because everything was up in the air. They didn’t exactly know how things would transpire but they were hoping that things would sort of just come together.

I’m not sure that was the wisest decision, but it looks like it may have worked out in their favor. Gabby and Rachel have been posting on social media a lot since filming wrapped and they still look like they are the best of friends.

Here’s to hoping that this is really the case!
