Andi Dorfman has been sharing her thoughts about the upcoming season of The Bachelorette and it’s not exactly good things. Everyone has been curious about the fact that there will be two Bachelorettes in Season 19, and suffice to say, we are all worried about how it will turn out.

According to Us Weekly, Dorfman is certainly one of those people. They recently reported that Dorfman gave her two cents about the whole thing. And here’s what she had to say…

“I want to be supportive because it’s a franchise that literally put me here right now, so I always feel a bit of support, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t bummed that it’s two women,” Dorfman said. “I’d like to see two men go at it. I don’t know. It gives me a little sexist vibe there that I don’t really love.”

I think seeing two Bachelors would be amazing if I’m being honest, and I’m hoping that the franchise will go down that route at some point as well. I mean, for all we know, that is the plan. This is the first time they are officially putting two leads together through an entire season, so if it does well, whose to say that isn’t the grand plan?

Andi Dorfman’s connection to Bachelor Nation

We first met Andi Dorfman during The Bachelor Season 18 when Juan Pablo Galavis was the lead (blech!). She went on to be the lead in The Bachelorette Season 10 back in 2014 and left with contestant Josh Murray. However, the couple broke it off in January 2015, and now Dorfman is with her current fiancé, Blaine Hart.

So, yes, she’s found her happily ever after, but she still has her thoughts about the whole two Bachelorette thing. I’m right there with ya, Andi!

“I don’t really love the fact that two women have to share the screen. I think we’ve progressed a little further. It’s 2022…I want each girl to have it for themselves. It is such an incredible thing.”

We can only hope that there is no pitting the women against each other and that things end on a good and hopeful note for both of them.

Here’s to hoping!
