Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs are engaged! Yes, that’s right, Bachelor Nation! After unexpectedly crossing paths on Bachelor in Paradise last year, the couple fell in love and went on to have an adorable relationship that we’ve all been able to witness through social media.

The pairing was completely surprising during the series, and it was even more shocking that these two somehow left the series and wound up staying together all year. You never know what can happen on these shows, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier for these two. My heart is especially melting for Becca Kufrin who has been through the wringer with her exes, Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Garrett Yrigoyen.

Things haven’t been easy, but it looks like life is finally taking a step in the right direction!

What makes her and Thomas’ engagement even more exciting is the fact that she proposed to him. How stinking cute is that?! I love the role reversal, and I love how Thomas has accepted it in all its glory. This is the type of relationship that makes us believe, and I’m so excited to see what their future holds.

Earlier last month, Kufrin teased on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast that she might be the one to propose, and it looks like that is exactly what happened! After keeping the secret to themselves for a short time, both Kufrin and Jacobs took to Instagram to share their exciting news.

In her post, Kufrin wrote, “In the ultimate plot twist…HE SAID YES! We’ve been keeping this secret just between us and close family & friends for a while but we’re so excited to shout it from the rooftops! I finally found my chauffeur for life and the one who makes my heart smile every single day. I can’t wait to do it all with you Tommy, thanks for making me the happiest gal alive. I love you to the moon & back.”

Cue the tears and grab me a tissue box!

It’s super cute to see that they are both so much in love and living their lives to the fullest. Since getting together on Bachelor in Paradise, Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs have been living together, been parents to their adorable dogs, and recently traveling the country for the Bachelor: Live on Stage tour.

After all they have both been through, my heart is happy knowing they found each other, and that they’re happy. Hopefully, we’ll learn more about their wedding plans in the near future–I think it’s going to be one heck of a celebration!
