The Bachelorette: Rachel Recchia seen filming in Wildwood, New Jersey

It’s been quiet around these parts since Clayton Echard’s season of The Bachelor came to an end. It’s the first time in a couple of years that there aren’t any Bachelor Nation shows on. It’s the longest hiatus we’ve had, and while many of us were looking forward to it, it’s just been so boring without the drama in our lives.

Luckily, Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey have been filming their mutual season of The Bachelorette over the last couple of months. It’s all in preparation for their upcoming season which will premiere in mid-July.

It’s unclear if Bachelor in Paradise will air in between then, but so far we haven’t heard anything. So until we learn more, we are going to have live through the social media updates that the world gives us on Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey’s season of The Bachelorette.

Reality Steve has been posting a lot of retweets from fans that have seen The Bachelorette filming and I have to say, I’m actually kind of excited for it. The dates look fun and cute, and they’ve already done the international portion of the season.

Of course, we still have no idea how they’re doing a dual season of The Bachelorette. So far it looks like it’s any other season, but what we haven’t seen is what it looks like when both Bachelorettes are in the same room.

Rachel Recchia is filming in Wildwood, New Jersey

If you’re trying to avoid spoilers for Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey’s season of The Bachelorette, then this is your chance to turn away.

Okay, you’ve been warned!

A lot of videos have been emerging of Rachel Recchia on her hometown date with New Jersey native Tyler Norris. He’s obviously made it very far on her season, and from the way they’re comfortable with one another, I won’t be surprised if we’ll continue seeing him past this point.

The cameras on the beach captured Tyler and Rachel’s date on the boardwalk and it was pretty stinking cute. They spent the day walking around the pier, playing games, and just looking cute as ever.

While I’m hesitant about how this season is going to play out, I am going to reserve judgment until we actually see how they handle two Bachelorettes at the same time. I don’t trust the production but let’s see how things go.
