As we anxiously wait for some updates regarding the next season of Bachelor in Paradise, we’re homing in on a recent interview Bachelor Nation alum Andrew Spencer did. In case you’ve forgotten who he is, Andrew was a contestant on The Bachelorette Season 17. He was competing for Katie Thurston’s love but to be honest, their vibe was more friendly than romantic.

Since then Andrew has participated in the Bachelor Live on Stage show, which made its return after the original tour was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s unclear if anyone caught his eye during that experience, but Bachelor Nation does have one particular lady in mind for him.

While talking to Mike Johnson and Bryan Abasolo on their podcast, “Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation”, Andrew was asked if the rumors about him and Teddi are true, or if they’re just that. Honestly, Andrew and Teddi would be adorable!

Who does Andrew Spencer want to see in Bachelor in Paradise?

Before I share who Andrew wants to see in Bachelor in Paradise, I have to share Clay Harbor’s tweet that initially sparked the Andrew and Teddi rumors. Just in case you didn’t know, Clay, also a Bachelor Nation alum, is Andrew’s cousin.

When asked about the Teddi rumors, this is what Andrew had to say on the podcast:

"I have not met Teddi yet, but I’ve heard great things about her, obviously. She is one of the girls I’m definitely hoping to see on the beach in ‘Paradise’ if I were to go or she were to go. As far as that goes if you’ve heard anything, it’s all just rumors. There’s nothing going on between us. I’ve heard a couple things like people saying we’re dating, which is not true."

There you have it, Bachelor Nation! Andrew and Teddi are not dating, however, Andrew is hoping to see her in Bachelor in Paradise. There may be some interest there so we’ll have to wait and see how that works out. One thing is for sure, the production will make sure they make this pairing happen–no matter what.

As for when Bachelor in Paradise will premiere, we have no idea. In fact, there’s been no news or updates about it. Some people have been theorizing that ABC is thinking about canceling the show, but let’s be honest, that is not happening. This show is exponentially better than the rest of them, and I can’t fathom that ABC would actually ax the show.
