The Bachelor Season 26 took a week off from Clayton Echard’s journey of love to give the NFL a night to show us the playoffs. It was the Los Angeles Rams versus the Arizona Cardinals, and as an Arizona native, I’m sad to report that the Cardinals did not win.

But yes, that is the reason why we did not get to see Clayton and his contestants this week, but worry not, we’re back to regularly scheduled programming next week. Before we know it, we’ll be back to observing the shenanigans and drama that consume the world of The Bachelor.

In the most recent episode, we saw the contestants trying to organize a birthday party for a girl named Maya. It was the season’s first group date and let’s just say it was not that great. Cassidy made a fool of herself in front of the children and basically told them that she doesn’t like kids

It wasn’t her finest moment, at all.

When will The Bachelor return?

As I mentioned above, we’ll be back to all the drama and chaos on Monday, January 24 on ABC at 8 PM EST. Clayton’s journey will continue, rose ceremonies will return, and of course, the crying will commence. Lots and lots of crying.

I’m sure we’re in for quite a ride when the show returns next week, so we hope to see you all then! Until then, stay safe and enjoy the rest of your week, Bachelor Nation.
