It’s Bachelor Monday! It is the time for rose ceremonies, broken hearts, lots of crying, and hopefully, Clayton Echard getting closer to finding the love of his life. The Bachelor Season 26 premiered last week and it was off to an *interesting* start.

Before the limo entrances, Clayton was visited by one of the contestants, Salley Carson, who wanted to meet him before things got started. She was previously engaged and was supposed to be getting married the day she was meeting Clayton. As a result, she was in her feelings about it and feeling unsure if she should stick around.

In a weird twist of events, Clayton met her and told her that he felt an immediate connection and then proceeded to give her a rose in an attempt to make her stay. The last-ditch effort did not work and Salley ultimately left the season before it even really began.

It was a strange start to the season, and if it is telling of what’s ahead, I’d say we’re in for quite a ride.

How to watch The Bachelor tonight

Tonight’s episode of The Bachelor will air on ABC at 8 PM EST.

The Bachelor Season 26, Episode 2 length

Tonight’s episode will be exactly two hours long, airing from 8 PM-10 PM EST. According to ABC’s schedule, there is an episode of Judge Steve Harvey following The Bachelor. It looks like the episode is called, “Not Mending Fences”, so if you’re in the mood for a laugh after two hours of Clayton and the girls, then you’ll want to stick around to watch it.
