Is The Bachelor on tomorrow, Monday, January 3?
By Ariba Bhuvad
The Bachelor is back, Bachelor Nation! It’s a new year and with it, we’re getting a new Bachelor, new contestants, and a new host. That’s right–everything is changing, and we can’t wait to see how it all plays out.
Fans met the Bachelor himself, Clayton Echard, during Michelle Young’s season of The Bachelorette. While he was on it for a lot of the season, we didn’t get to see a lot of his personality come out until he was on his way out the door. So, he’s basically a stranger to us still and we’ll get to really know him during this season of The Bachelor.
I’m really hoping he’s going to bring some excitement and much-needed drama to the season, both of which have been lacking in recent seasons. Based on his promos, it appears that things will be different this time around so we’ll remain hopeful.
As I mentioned before, there is going to be a new host this time around. Instead of Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe, we’re getting former Bachelor Jesse Palmer. It’s been a while since we’ve seen him but I’m looking forward to him taking the charge–I think we could use the change.
When does The Bachelor Season 26 premiere?
The premiere is airing on Monday, January 3, on ABC at 8 PM EST. So mark your calendars, cancel your plans, and make sure you’re available to catch an all-new season of The Bachelor. The first episode will most likely consist of the awkward, silly, and funny limo introductions where we get to meet all the contestants competing for Clayton’s love.
And, of course, we’ll learn all about Clayton’s journey on The Bachelorette and relive his heartbreaking exit. I don’t think I can watch that again–it was too sad!
