The Bachelorette Season 18 finale was interesting, to say the least. We had heartbreak, tears, drama, but above all, our dear Bachelorette Michelle Young found love with Nayte Olukoya. I think it’s safe to say that all of Bachelor Nation shed tears for Brandon Jones, who Michelle ended up saying no to.

It was a tough goodbye to watch, and it was even harder to see him during the After the Final Rose special. I don’t know why they agree to come to that special, it seems like such a counterproductive thing to do! Anyway, it was quite an eventful finale, and three hours of a wild rollercoaster ride (which included a $200,000 check for the happy couple for a down payment on their future house!). Side note: Has that ever happened before?!
