Being close to home has its perks and so this week, one lucky guy will get to pull back the curtain on the places and things that made her who she is today, while another will get to meet some of the people who did. The remaining men will attempt to score major points when they take on real Viking challenges to showcase their strength and bravery. ItÕs a week full of fun and games, but some men seem to have games of their own in mind. Will Michelle show the troublemakers the door? The Bachelorette Season 18 dives into hometowns this week! It’s wild to think we’re already this far in the season, but alas here we are with just four men left vying for Michelle Young’s heart. It’s down to the wire with Joe C., Nayte, Rodney, and Brandon who are all eager to show Michelle a piece of their home and heart.

Usually, in a non-pandemic world, Michelle would be actually visiting each contestant’s hometown. However, everyone’s family will be flying to Minneapolis to reunite with their loved one and meet Michelle for the very first time.

This episode is always a hit or miss, and most of the time it feels ridiculously scripted. “Hey, [insert name], you want to go talk for a bit?” I mean, can’t they can’t change the dialogue up just a little bit so we can get a little surprise?

As always, we can expect some hometown dates to go superbly while others will be an absolute mess. Of course, a family member or two will ask the hard-hitting questions and make either Michelle or one of the contestants question what they are even doing there.

It’ll be a fun night for sure, and hopefully, it will spice up what has been a rather boring season of The Bachelorette!

The next episode of The Bachelorette Season 18 will air on Tuesday, November 30 on ABC at 8 PM EST. Tune in for two hours of fun, drama, and probably a whole lot of crying.
