The Bachelorette Season 18, Episode 6: Best and worst moments
By Julia Wagner
It was the week before hometowns this week on The Bachelorette Season 18! Hometowns usually occur on week 8, but this season they are happening in week 7. Why is that? Comment below and let me know!
We stayed in Minneapolis this week, and got several lovely moments including a well-made fort, a night at the museum, and a day at the farm!
Let’s get to the best and worst moments of this week’s episode of The Bachelorette!
The Bachelorette Season 18, Episode 6: Best moment: Cows
I admit I was on the fence about this date at first because there was really no connection between Michelle and farms. They just love any excuse to have guys milk a cow on this show.
However, this date really delivered. Rodney looked genuinely terrified the whole time, but it turns out Joe is the ultimate calf whisperer!
And watching the cows run away from Nayte was priceless.
I can’t say I ever would have pictured Michelle Young on a farm, but this date really worked out! Maybe farm life is in the future for her and her final pick!
The Bachelorette Season 18, Episode 6: Worst moment: “My love”
Oh, Martin. This whole conversation was exactly “what not to do,”, especially on national television. It almost seemed like he and Michelle were putting on a terrible, awkward play.
When someone is clearly upset with you, it’s best not to call them “my love.” Cringe at best. Patronizing and infuriating at worst.
Let’s just take a look:
I’m frankly surprised Martin has ever dated anyone before. Maybe this show just brought out the worst in him. Let’s hope.
And it got worse! The limo ride home was too bad to even recap.
Goodbye, Martin my love. See you in Paradise!
