Hannah Brown reveals she and Peter Weber hooked up while his season was airing
By Ariba Bhuvad
Hannah Brown has a lot to say in her upcoming tell-all book, God Bless This Mess, which will chronicle details about her life and of course, her journey as the Bachelorette. Her season was a memorable one for those of you who watched, which ended with her engaged to Jed Wyatt.
Of course, that relationship infamously did not last after she learned that he had a girlfriend or someone back at home while he was on the season. It was quite a rollercoaster, to say the least, but alls well that ends well because Hannah Brown has been happily dating her current boyfriend, Adam Woolard, for about a year now.
As I said, Brown has a lot to talk about in regards to her experience as the Bachelorette, and that includes her relationship with Peter Weber. He went on to become the Bachelor after being a contestant on Brown’s season and had his own share of drama to contend with. I’m not pointing fingers or anything but most of what went down during Weber’s season was totally his fault.
Just saying.
So, Hannah Brown and Peter Weber hooked up
“Peter told me he’d quit the show…if I wanted to be with him,” Brown told PEOPLE. Uh, say what?!
I mean Hannah B. did make an appearance on his season, and for a moment it seemed as if he might end his Bachelor journey right then and there for her. Alas, that did not happen and Weber went on to get engaged to Hannah Ann Sluss, whom he broke up with and then tried to go back to Madison Prewett.
It was a hot mess and resulted in him being currently single AF. And that is after a whirlwind romance with another contestant from his season, Kelley Flanagan which also didn’t end well. This guy is all over the place!
Okay, what is this about Peter Weber and Hannah Brown hooking up?!
So, here’s the timeline. Weber season aired in January of 2020, but by then he was engaged and then subsequently broke up with Sluss. The reason for the breakup was that Weber had Prewett on his mind, but they hadn’t reconnected at that point in time.
Fast forward to February 2020 to Dylan Barbour and Hannah Godwin’s engagement party where Brown ran into Weber and the two left the party together. Apparently, they slept together that night, and here’s what Brown had to say about that:
“The chemistry just wasn’t there,” she said. “It just sucked. And then, I found out he had another girl [runner-up Madison Prewett] on his mind. It was all so bizarre.”
Yikes, Peter, yikes.
In the time since, Weber has been with four women including Brown, but hasn’t had much success in that department. On the other hand, Brown has been doing very well. She’s dating, she won Dancing with the Stars, and is happy in her relationship with Woolard.
“Things might not have turned out the way I expected, but I try to learn from every moment,” Brown shares. “I don’t wish ill on anybody. And I’m in a really good place.”
Good for you, Hannah Brown–we are so here for your happiness!
