This week of Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 was the best yet! We had new arrivals, a new guest host, a random VIP party, and some dramatic breakups!

Bachelor in Paradise Season 7, Episode 7: Best moment: The bird facts!

God bless Kendall. She informs us that she has been reading about birds and has discovered they don’t have penises, but in fact, each has a hole. Interesting!

This is an example of the type of conversation Paradise should showcase more often! I’m sure a lot of what the contestants talk about is like this: random nature facts, anecdotes, real-life concerns. But it is hardly ever shown!

Side note: I also enjoy how we get to see the women doing their makeup in this scene. Another phenomenon that is not commonly shown!

Bachelor in Paradise Season 7, Episode 7: Worst moment: Demi/Kenny talk

Ahhh, Demi. Is it me, or was she SO much more likable on her last season of Paradise? She’s the one who has been educating everyone on the fact that Paradise is about switching partners, not being exclusive and having fun.

I’m sure she’s still great, but she’s been taking her “relationship” with Kenny SO seriously, not exactly lining up with the “fun, playful” vibe she’s trying to cultivate for herself.

By the standards Demi herself has set, what has Kenny done wrong? His crime seems to be believing her about their relationship being casual and how everyone should be dating multiple people.

It’s never fun to be rejected, but Demi should maybe consider practicing what she preaches and taking everything a bit more casually!
