It was another great episode of Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 Monday night. And it’s safe to say that the season is really starting off with a bang!

I love that David Spade just took off before the rose ceremony. Goodbye, David! You will be missed. There is a lot to discuss so without further ado, let’s get to the best and worst moments of this week’s episode of Bachelor in Paradise Season 7.

Bachelor in Paradise Season 7, Episode 3: Worst moment: Brendan hysteria

Ahhhhh. I could not handle the villainization of Brendan.

When Brendan discussed wanting to keep his options open on his date with Demi, it was just abundantly clear that Demi’s ego was bruised and that Brendan didn’t really do much wrong. She actually responded to his carefully worded comment with, “I’m the best on this beach.” I’m a Demi fan, but she was just so bothered by this it confused me. She said she was pissed off by it. Really?

It’s not Demi’s first time in Paradise, so I’m not sure why she thought the first person she kissed would only want to date her. It really said it all when she said “this has never happened to me before.” Clearly!

Back at the beach, the girls proceeded to act like Brendan meeting Pieper before the show was a grievous, shocking sin, despite the fact that he obviously wasn’t hiding it if he posted about it on social media. And he clearly wasn’t leading anyone on- if anything, he was incredibly honest about not wanting to couple up!

I did laugh at how quickly the assumption went from Brendan and Pieper might have talked/been seen together to the assumption that they may be IN A RELATIONSHIP.

In the same episode,  the girls on the beach were complaining about people coupling up too quickly, which I understand! Brendan agrees! Let’s not rush things.

Bachelor in Paradise Season 7, Episode 3: Best moment: People going home

This sounds bad, but I was just happy to see four people get sent home at the rose ceremony. There’s just not enough airtime to pay attention to everyone!

I will say, I was particularly glad to see the departure of Victoria P. She seemed to be playing a very similar role (intentionally or not) to how she was on Peter’s season. I also couldn’t handle her forgetting James’s name again and again, nor her overall behavior. Whether or not she had a boyfriend at home, I just could not.

Her departure also opened the door for this golden quote from Demi: “I’m going for James. F*** it.”  Lol. Demi really redeemed herself with that one.

I admit I was pretty sad to see Kelsey going home, as I’ve always been a fan of hers. I’ll have to just follow her on Instagram!

Next. Why did Victoria P. go home on Bachelor in Paradise?. dark

Here’s to some new arrivals next week. Hopefully, it will be a breath of fresh air!
