This week’s (second) episode of Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 started with a boom box playing *NSYNC. Everyone was having a great time dancing when the newest host Lance Bass joined the party. Lance announced that the women had the roses this week and that more men would arrive soon. He had a mimosa with some women and tried to catch up on some gossip and couples.

The first new arrival was Thomas, who had drama with several men on Katie’s season of The Bachelorette. The ladies were instantly smitten with Thomas, but the guys didn’t trust him. Thomas spoke with several women but decided to go on a date with Serena P. She told Joe about the date, and he was supportive.

Thomas and Serena P. played on different floating devices in the ocean while Joe sulked at the bar with Wells. Serena P. seemed to have a great time with Thomas, but she told him to pursue other people.

Serena P. went back to Joe, and he was happy to hear that she wanted to continue dating him and not Thomas because of the drama surrounding him.

The next arrival to the beach was Riley. Tahzjuan was speechless and nervous about meeting him. She had only eyes for Riley before the show. Tahzjuan and Riley had a chat where Tahzjuan shared that he was the only guy she wanted to see. Riley didn’t ask Tahzjuan on the date, though, and asked Maurissa instead. Tahzjuan was visibly upset.

Riley and Maurissa’s date seemed romantic, but their meal consisted of gross dishes like a tongue, nose, and chicken feet. Lance came out and said they would play a Q&A truth game, and if they didn’t answer or lied, Lance would choose what they would have to eat. They both decided to eat a tongue instead of sharing how many people they had slept with before. They also didn’t share their most embarrassing story and had to eat tripe.

Maurissa and Riley had private time after the game with Lance. Both of them expressed wanting to get married and have several kids. They were very open and honest with each other—a connection formed during their evening. Maurissa and Riley ended their date in the Boom Boom Room while Connor spent time alone on the beach.
