Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 is off to a fun and wild start, and I can’t express just how much I’ve missed having it around. Two years was far too long to go without it, and now that it’s back, I remember how hilarious and refreshing it is compared to the other two flagship shows.

This week brought upon the first rose ceremony which was fairly predictable except for the final moments when James had to figure out how to give his rose to. He was hitting it off with Victoria P. but when she was outed for having a boyfriend back home, James was left with no one else he connected with.

Of course, everyone that didn’t have someone already began pursuing him, but in the end, it was Demi who managed to convince him. I think it’s less that she convinced him and more that the producers convinced him so they could keep her around. After all, compared to the girls that left, it is Demi who is going to stir up the most trouble on the beaches of Paradise.

This week we’re getting back-to-back episodes of Bachelor in Paradise Season 7, and tonight is night two. And with it comes a new guest host (I believe it is *NSync’s Lance Bass) and likely a handful of new contestants to mix things up. It’s going to be a wild night for sure, and here’s how you can ensure you don’t miss a single second of it!
