The Bachelorette Season 17, Episode 5: Best moment: Tearful male bonding

The past couple of seasons of The Bachelorette have been showing much more camaraderie amongst the male contestants, possibly due to the lack of travel/exciting locales to showcase. The first precious moment of male bonding this episode was between Greg and Connor B., who were literally cuddling on the couch as the men lounged around waiting for Tayshia to come in. Too cute!

The second bonding moment was on the group date when Michael A. was shown opening up to the men about his wife. I was surprised he hadn’t told them before, but I’m glad this moment was shown.

Another cuddling moment occurred as one of the men slid over on the couch and patted him on the back as Greg openly wept.

Side note: Poor Michael A.! He couldn’t even move sitting there on the couch. When will they stop being shocked that people get hurt when they force the men into super physical situations? Ugh.

Here’s to more male bonding on The Bachelorette!

Greg had it right when he said Michael’s story puts life into perspective. It really puts the whole Bachelorette drama into perspective as well! This scene reminded me of Katie’s heart-to-heart with Sarah on Matt’s season.

I don’t know if Michael A. intended his story to get Greg to open up more about his feelings to Katie, but it was a great moment nonetheless!

Next. Katie defends Hunter and reveals he has Tourettes. dark

Until next week, Bachelor Nation!
