With the recent announcement of the brand new Bachelorette, Katie Thurston, starting her season on Monday, June 7, 2021, it’s only fitting that we talk about one thing. We’re talking about the men vying for her love, affection, attention, and of course their quick fifteen minutes of fame.

When we start talking about all of those men, we might begin to realize that some of them look like we’ve seen them before, or even just heard their names before as well.

And that’s because several of Katie’s men in waiting have ties to Bachelor Nation, be it family members, friends, so on and so forth.

Yes, the same Blake Moynes that was pleading for Clare and ultimately got his heart broken on Tayshia’s season of The Bachelorette. Rumor has it because of his social media silence, he’s been filming for another season (maybe Katie Thurston’s?). We shall see!

Andrew Spencer

Remember the super quiet pro-football player named Clay Harbor? Well, Andrew S. is his cousin!

Joshua Tylerbest

Joshua just so happens to be best friends with Ed Waisbrot from Clare and Tayshia’s season of The Bachelorette. They’ve shared multiple Instagram photos together, displaying their bro-ship.

Brendan Scanzano

Brendan and Blake Moynes follow each other on Instagram and are friendly on there. Who knows? Maybe if they are both cast together, we’ll see their bromance come to life.

Karl Smith

Mr. Karl here was actually originally cast on Clare’s season, but after the months of delays to filming and casting because of the COVID-19 pandemic, he was cut before he even had a chance. Count me in for rooting for the underdogs as always!

Greg Grippo

Greg’s in the same boat as Karl up above. He was cut before he even had a chance. Hopefully, he gets more of a chance this summer with Katie Thurston!
