Last night’s episode of The Bachelor Season 25 started with Matt James having a heart-to-heart conversation with his dad. Matt was struggling because his father was absent in his life growing up, and he wanted to be a present father to his future family. They butted heads a bit, but the conversation ended with a hug.

The first fantasy suite date was with Michelle. They had a Pennsylvania Dutch-themed spa day, which included an oatmeal foot bath and massaging each other with butter. They were very playful and intimate during moments like rinsing each other in a milk bath. Michelle and Matt spent the night together and seemed very bonded the next day.

Bri had the next date with Matt. They had an outdoorsy time hiking through the woods, setting up a tent, and cooking smores over a fire pit. Bri and Matt didn’t spend the night outside, though. They had a cozy cabin and much like Matt’s time with Michelle, they looked bonded after their time together.

Rachael had the last overnight date. Their day started with a ceramic class. The date started tense because Rachael kept thinking about Matt being intimate with two other women before her. Rachael stopped the date to chat with Matt about how she felt. They were honest with each other, and the tension dissipated. Matt even said he was falling in love with her.

The episode ended with the rose ceremony. Michelle received the first rose, and Rachael accepted the second.

Matt sent Bri home, which was confusing for some viewers, but all of Matt’s dates went very well, so seeing anyone leave was challenging. Bri had a tearful goodbye, and we’ll see who Matt chooses next week.

The Bachelor Season 25 finale is Monday, Mar. 15th, on ABC at 8 PM EST!
