The Bachelor Season 25, Episode 9: Dramatic moment #1:
The O.G. squad and some new faces blame Katie for causing all the drama in the house. You can’t make this stuff up…
Like the Brittany rumors, the O.G. drama was also addressed, but it did not go as expected.
Ryan spoke first, saying it was uncomfortable and awkward in the house as one of the five women introduced earlier in the season. The disrespect was apparent, and Ryan said Victoria only made it worse on their first night by taking Catalina‘s crown.
Ryan said he was not a h—, felt extremely upset by the namecalling and bullying, and Victoria followed up by asking if Ryan was a sensitive person. Victoria lied that she can laugh off stuff like that, and Ryan can’t. Ryan tried to defend herself, but Victoria just kept saying Ryan had an attitude.
Kit and Chelsea stood up for Ryan, telling Victoria that she couldn’t call Ryan sensitive for being bullied, but Victoria continued to deflect.
The drama was interrupted by a commercial break (Matt will be right out!), and the drama opened back up with Victoria and Katie.
Like a normal person, Katie said watching Victoria is hard and that people tolerated Victoria’s behavior. But she didn’t. Victoria actually apologized, saying the name-calling was wrong, but everyone was doing the best they could. Katie accepted the apology, having been one of Victoria’s victims, but Chelsea, checks notes, Chelsea had to chime in.
Chelsea took offense with Katie saying there was “karma” for the bullying in the house, but Katie said it wasn’t applied to everyone — obviously. Chelsea doubled down and blamed Katie for creating a toxic environment in the house, creating a domino effect.
Say it ain’t so, Chelsea. Say it ain’t so. How the mighty have fallen.
Mari, once again voicing her opinion, said Katie attacked her. Pieper, continuing a trend of being a bully that The Bachelor thought fans liked, asked how bringing up the bullying to Matt affected her own relationship with him. Serena C. said Katie only brought it up to create drama and light a fire in the house. Even Khaylah said the drama in the house wasn’t as big a deal as Katie made it to be.
What. The. H—? Was the toxicity that deep that some genuinely good women just ignored and accepted it?
Seeing people like Pieper and Serena C. going after Katie was expected, but Chelsea?? Oh, man. What a disappointment.
If you had told me that Katie would be the one defending herself from being label “toxic” by Chelsea, I wouldn’t have believed you.
With just three women left, the drama is not going away, it’s probably only going to get more dramatic now.
