The Bachelor Season 25, Episode 6 recap: Tyler C. shows up to support Matt

Last night’s episode of The Bachelor Season 25 brought us back to MJ and Jessenia’s two-on-one date. After chatting with them separately, Matt James decided to give Jessenia a rose and say goodbye to MJ. Matt canceled the rose ceremony, too, sending Magi, Brittany, and Ryan home without a final conversation.

Pieper scored the first date of the week. They had a very eventful evening that started with a carnival in the middle of the woods. Their night ended with a romantic dance during a private performance from the band Temecula Road. Pieper received the date rose after telling Matt that she was falling in love with him.

The group date was a bowling competition. The winning team won additional time with Matt. But he invited the losing team later, which caused stress because everyone wanted more time with Matt. Michelle received the group date rose.

And that was just the start of the drama that was to come!

The next day, Matt met up with his best friend and roommate, Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron. Matt shared his thoughts before his date with Katie. Tyler offered great advice as they played a game of pool. But Tyler’s time on the show didn’t end there.

Katie and Matt had a funny spa day messing with Tyler C. who thought he was getting a nice massage, but Matt and Katie were orchestrating the whole thing. They had the massage therapist roll a pin hard on his back and push his head into the massage donut. It was hilarious, and the prank ended with Matt sneaking in to massage Tyler’s neck.

The evening didn’t go as well for Katie, though. Matt didn’t give her the date rose and decided to say goodbye. His heart wasn’t leading him to Katie, and she hoped that he would find love with someone remaining in the house.

The episode ended with Bachelor alum Heather Martin arriving to meet Matt. The remaining ten women weren’t happy to see her, but Matt laughed when Heather greeted him.
