The Bachelor Season 25, Episode 5: One-on-one date: Rachael Kirkconnell

One of my season favorites, if not the winner, Rachael Kirkconnell finally got her chance on a one-on-one date with Matt James. I was so excited to watch this date because from night one I had a feeling these two would instantly connect. And from what has transpired between the two already, I think she is a very strong contender to win this whole thing.

Rachael got the coveted shopping spree date, and I don’t blame any of the women for being upset, because even I would be pissed. Matt seems to be so into her, and it shows. As she tried on dress after dress, Rachael’s beauty radiated and her smile grew bigger by the minute. But when she walked back into the resort past all of the other women with ten shopping bags, I died of laughter. Those women were so pissed!

As the night progressed, the two spent the whole time talking and getting to know one another more. It is so obvious how Matt and Rachael feel for each other, and it’s really sweet to watch. Rachael flat out told Matt she was falling in love with him, and that she wanted to be there at the end of this and start a life together.

When Matt gave Rachael the one-on-one date rose, it only made sense. I don’t think many people would disagree with this decision from Matt because we can all see their chemistry on our TV screens. I think from here on out, their relationship will only grow and blossom. I mean they both said they are falling in love with each other so it already looks promising.
