The Bachelor’s Matt James’ style of kissing called out by Bachelor Nation

Bachelor Nation has fallen in love with Matt James, but episode 2 of The Bachelor seems to have unveiled one of Matt’s flaws which oddly connects to the way in which he kisses.

With introductions out of the way, The Bachelor quickly forged ahead with the second episode of the season featuring two one-on-one dates as well as a super-sized group date which included a record-breaking 18 women. Romance was definitely in the air throughout the episode, in fact, Matt enjoyed a few intimate moments throughout the episode on the night’s various dates.

During a few stolen moments with those lucky enough to get some alone time with Matt during the dates, Matt turned up his charm and fireworks quickly flew (metaphorically and literally) leading to some passionate changes between Matt and a few lucky ladies.

While Bachelor Nation quickly swooned over Matt’s charming demeanor, they weren’t quite in love with Matt’s style of kissing.

Does Matt James kiss with his eyes open?

When stealing a few kisses during the episode, fans were quick to notice that Matt seems to have a tendency to kiss with his eyes, a quirk that Bachelor fans do not seem to support or enjoy. Between swooning over Matt’s wood chopping and listening skills, fans put Matt on blast for the way he kisses with his eyes open at times:

Honestly, if Matt’s worst quirk is how he kisses with his eyes open at times, we’ll happily accept it as there are far worst quirks he could possess than the occasional awkward open-eyed kiss.
