Top 3: The Bachelorette Season 16 finale rankings

Tayshia’s anything, but a normal journey to find love finally reached its conclusion on Tuesday night with The Bachelorette season 16 finale.

From Covid delays to the Clare and Dale saga to the usual man drama of 20 guys fighting for one girl, The Bachelorette Season 16 was unique, to say the least. Fortunately for Tayshia, she got her happily ever after and is leaving the show an engaged woman! Congrats to our leading lady!

So with one final episode that means it’s time for one final power rankings! Let’s do it.

#1: Zac

The winner of that final rose and Tayshia’s heart obviously takes the top spot for the finale. Zac, you found the woman of your dreams, popped the question with an amazing proposal, and clearly won it all!

It was clear almost the whole season that Zac and Tayshia had something special and when they both revealed during Fantasy Suites that they were full-on in love with each other–it was simply a waiting game to get to the final rose. Throw in a couple of curveballs with Ben’s return and Brendan’s exit and we had ourselves an interesting path to the end. But true love won victorious and Tayshia knew Zac was “The One”.

These two lovebirds look happier than ever and we wish them all the best!

#2: Ben

Our runner-up on the show also snags the runner-up spot on our list. Ben made a triumphant return to express how he truly felt, but couldn’t quite overcome the love that Tayshia already had with Zac.

Nobody likes a comeback more than Bachelor Nation and we were all surprised and thrilled to see our boy Ben back at Tayshia’s door. Unfortunately for Ben, his happiness was short-lived as he survived the rose ceremony and meeting the parents only to be sent packing before his final date with our Bachelorette.

It was just too little too late and Tayshia’s heart was elsewhere. Ben, we love that you finally spoke up and expressed yourself and your feelings! Your dream girl is definitely out there.

#3: Desmond

Were there three men left to complete this ranking? No, but that doesn’t mean we didn’t have an unexpected standout from The Bachelorette Season 16 finale. Tayshia’s dad, Desmond, stole the show with his to the point attitude and great dad advice so he takes the third spot in our rankings.

Meeting the parents is always nerve-racking and Desmond didn’t make it any easier on Ben and Zac when he asked the tough questions and put them both on the spot. He also came through when Tayshia needed it most and reassured her that they want her to be happy and not make a mistake again with this decision. We love a dad who can do both!

At the end of the day, Desmond made it clear that he liked both guys, but definitely leaned a bit more toward Zac and now he has a new future son-in-law. Congrats to Desmond on your daughter’s engagement!
