Need a little pick me up? How about a lot of workout inspiration from one of the most fit and body positive contestants on The Bachelorette? Look no further than Ben’s adorable activity on TikTok.

Recently, the contestant’s videos via his workout company Bodybuilding Club have been getting a lot of attention for more reason than one. And frankly, I’m not surprised.

The Bodybuilding Club’s TikTok bio reads, “body building for everyone” and as you likely expected, each video is geared towards physical fitness in one way or another. However, Ben has found a way to make his coaching pretty personable, simply by being his smiley and positive self, with a dash of humor, of course.

And as those who watched last night’s episode of

The Bachelorette

know now,

Ben admitted to Tayshia

that he struggled with an eating disorder for 15 years, making this body positive display all the more inspiring.

Fun-loving Ben’s most recent TikTok, uploaded just yesterday, is captioned, “Shooting my shot” with the hashtags “ben” and “bachelorette,” accompanied by the song “Way You Move,” by Attom & Frye.

You can get a glimpse of Ben and his adorable TikTok presence in the post here.

As noted by Yahoo!, the 30-year-old’s Instagram account has a different vibe than the Bodybuilding Club TikTok account he’s been appearing on. Instead, his page also consists of shares from his day to day life, including shots from his time serving in Afghanistan. He often includes captions about lessons he’s learned along the way.

You can check out Ben’s equally adorable Instagram here.

Keeping with the fitness theme, his Instagram bio reads, “your coach.” No argument here, Ben!
