After months of anticipation, we finally got a full (well, almost full) episode of Tayshia Adams as The Bachelorette. The entire energy of the season immediately shifted for the better and it seems like we’re in for a fun ride these next several weeks.

Warning: Spoilers from The Bachelorette season 16, Episode 5 ahead!

After Clare Crawley’s engagement to Dale Moss, sixteen of her men remained for Tayshia. As she began to meet them, Chris Harrison STOLE HER FOR A SECOND and we were surprised with the entrance of four new men. The four men had previously been in Clare’s initial pool, but were not selected at first.

The new guys seem like they’ll have quite an impact on the season with Noah starring in the season preview trailer and Spencer getting the first impression rose. The two-week veterans seemed to be pretty intimidated by the new guys, with Riley notably referring to Spencer as a piece of lunch meat. Though Tayshia quite literally appeared out of thin air a pool, they all acted like they had more of a “claim” to her than the guys who showed up just a few days later. I don’t know about you, but that doesn’t seem right to me!

Once we got into the episode, after a mini ‘After the Final Rose’ with Clare and Dale, everyone really started to get to know Tayshia. Well, almost everyone. Poor Jason pulled Tayshia aside and proclaimed his love for Clare. He told Tayshia that his heart wasn’t in it and that he needed to go home. The man seems like he’s absolutely broken and it looks like he’s really going to need some time to recover. Wishing him the best of luck after a very graceful exit.

That leaves us with nineteen men vying for Tayshia’s heart. Here are the official Bachelor Bob Power Rankings and ‘Vegas’ odds after Week 1/Episode 5:
