After an awkward episode and a weird week all around, we finally had The Bachelorette Season 16 on our screens Thursday night to continue the dumpster fire that is Clare’s journey to find love.

The Bachelorette Season 16 returns with Chris Harrison playing a leading role as Clare decided to do the appropriate thing and end things with the 16 guys who aren’t Dale. FINALLY. She “blew up The Bachelorette” after Chris prodded her, with some swearing sprinkled in, about her feelings and ultimately got her alone time with Dale, her fantasy suite night, and even a proposal complete with a Neil Lane ring.

Congratulations, Clare! You have successfully trapped a man who “didn’t run away” from your declaration of love within four days! But is anyone else placing bets on how long these two last? Hmm…

It was impossible to ignore all of the Dale screen time, but we are still awarding a Top 3 out of the remaining dudes who didn’t drop down to one knee and go into their happily ever after.

#1: Kenny

Taking the top spot this week on The Bachelorette Season 16 is everyone’s favorite boy band manager with the feisty mouth that simply would not quit. Kenny was spitting fire truths all night about the ongoing Dale saga making him our number one power player.

From the “We just want to know what the f*** you’re thinking!” quote at the beginning of the episode to the confrontation at the group break-up, Kenny did not hold back and I am here for it! He leads the charge trying to push for the remaining men to receive an apology and this is the kind of strong energy we love to see.

Kenny, keep vocalizing your truth!

#2: Jason

If one man has been through the wringer so far on The Bachelorette Season 16, it’s Jason. Poor Jason thought he was going into a nice, normal one-on-one date with Clare when it really turned into a giant therapy session on national television. And then after spilling his emotions and past trauma out for all to see, he learned that Clare unfortunately only had eyes for Dale. Clare, why did you do our man so dirty?!

Clearly, once Clare officially announced Dale was The One, Jason had the hardest time of all of the remaining men deciding if he could stay and continue looking for love. Could he really open up AGAIN to someone else? Things looked rough, but Jason prevailed and decided to stay! Jason, for being so strong and willing to stay optimistic in your journey to find love, you get our second place in the power rankings.

Yes, our host has once again made this week’s rankings. Can you blame us? Chris had a starring role this episode pushing Clare not-so-subtly into talking about how she is actually feeling and did so by dropping some much appreciated by Bachelor Nation profanity. You tell her, Chris!

Not only did Chris force Clare into ending the charade with the 16 other guys, but he also played therapist to our crying Bachelorette and got Dale to open up completely to reveal that he is in fact ready to propose to Clare. Chris’s facial expressions alone got me through this sappy AF episode. This man is definitely not paid enough, and I can only imagine how happy he is to be done with the crazy that is Clare. Thank you for your service, Chris.

dark. Next. The Bachelorette teases new bachelors as Tayshia takes over

Next week we return to Tuesday night with our new Bachelorette, Tayshia, with what is sure to be more drama, more love, and more men who aren’t Dale!
