The Bachelorette Season 16, episode 4 recap: Clare found her happily ever after

Tonight on The Bachelorette, Clare, and Dale solidified their love, and Tayshia entered as the next Bachelorette.

Tonight’s episode of The Bachelorette started with a heart to heart conversation between Clare and Chris Harrison. He said the show couldn’t continue like this because all the guys were unhappy. Clare and Dale had never spoken to each other before the show, but she loved what she saw on his social media pages. She was ready to end her time on The Bachelorette and spend all her time with Dale.

Chris met with the guys and told them there would be no cocktail party or rose ceremony. Then he took Dale away to say that Clare wanted to spend the night with him. They had an intimate chat about their parents and bonded closer together. Clare and Dale danced to a song by Listen to Your Heart‘s winner’s Bri and Chris and wound up spending the entire night together.

Clare met with the other guys the next morning and shared that she was in love with Dale. Most of them were angry, but many of them wished her luck. Everything escalated after this moment. Chris called Neil Lane for a ring, and Clare and Dale got engaged!

However, the remaining guys were confused, really confused. Chris said they had the night to decide if they wanted to stay or not. After thinking it through, every guy chose to stay and meet the new Bachelorette. But many of them still felt hung up on Clare.

The next Bachelorette, Tayshia Adams, emerged from the limo and chatted with Chris before entering the house. We don’t know how her entrance went yet, but we’ll find out next week.
