The Bachelorette Season 16 intros seem rather…interesting.

The Bachelorette Season 16 is just a week away from premiering (finally!). It is hard to believe we’ve made it here despite all the roadblocks, but alas, here we are–and Bachelor Nation is ready!

There is so much we’re dying to learn about the upcoming season but since we’ll have to wait until the season officially starts to get some answers, I have something to occupy our minds and time until then. ABC recently released a handful of images for The Bachelorette Season 16 premiere, and I couldn’t help but notice, we’ve got some very wild intros for Clare Crawley’s men.

I know we get the occasional wildcard intro but there’s something about this season that has brought out the goofy, wacky side of the contestants. Let’s take a look at some of them below–and trust me when I say, you’re not ready for this.

He came in like a wrecking ba…bubble

Is Jake Gyllenhaal somewhere in that bubble? If you don’t get that reference, please look up Bubble Boy as I awkwardly remind myself of my age. Moving on, this is quite an interesting way to catch Clare’s attention, isn’t it?

I mean if you’re going to make an entrance into The Bachelorette Season 16, why not come in like a wrecking bowling ball/bubble? I’m not sure who is snuggled up inside of that bubble, but I’m hoping he doesn’t walk out of there dizzy and nauseous. The last thing he would want is to throw up over the potential love of his life.

Now, that would be awkward.

But hey, at least he’s willing to think outside of the box and be spontaneous! 10 points for creativity!
