The love story that didn’t work out
Ladies, Shawn Booth is SINGLE! Just let that soak in for a moment as we catch our breath from the image above. After leaving The Bachelorette engaged to Kaitlyn, Shawn and Kaitlyn were together for a few years before eventually splitting up. Things just didn’t pan out for the couple, and as it seems, Shawn is single presently.
So what is Shawn up to now? Well, he owns a gym in Nashville, Tennessee, and is a coach and personal trainer. Peek at his Instagram to see him in action!
After being on The Bachelorette, Shawn never returned to the franchise, despite rumors that he wanted to be on the sixth season of Bachelor in Paradise. I’m sure all the ladies would have been ecstatic to see him there, but alas, it did not happen.
The other man
Ah, yes, Nick Viall. He stormed into Kaitlyn’s season of The Bachelorette like a storm and managed to be one of the two men left standing at the end. At the time, the other contestants were fairly livid at his presence, but now, he proudly calls some of them his closest friends. Funny how that works out, right? Bachelor Nation doesn’t just create romances, it creates lifelong friendships.
Let’s just say Nick has been around when it comes to being a part of the Bachelor franchise. He was on The Bachelorette twice, Bachelor in Paradise once, and then was the Bachelor in Season 21. He got engaged to Vanessa Grimaldi at the end of that season, but the relationship only lasted a total of 5 months.
So, what has Mr. Viall been up to since then? Well, he was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars and picked up some acting gigs along the way (remember him in Speechless?). But now? Well, it appears he too is single (although rumors of reconnecting with former Bachelor Nation ex, Andi Dorfman are making the rounds), and has been busy with a couple of projects he kickstarted himself.
He started a podcast, “The Viall Files” in 2019, and started an essential oils company called Natural Habits. So, Nick has definitely kept busy and continues to remain the talk of Bachelor Nation from time to time (and he knows he loves it).
